Please note that the Studio, One-bedroom apartment and Superior apartment will have a sofa bed set up when there are 3 or 4 people selected. Please note, smoking is not permitted throughout the entire property. Guests found violating this rule will be charged a GBP 75 fee for cleaning.

Service charge includes the following on weekdays only (excluding bank holidays): Towels, toiletries, washing up, bed making and tidying. Please note that the apartments are fully cleaned after check-out unless stay are longer than 7 nights. There is no cleaning during your stay unless requested.

We have no special packages, but you are able to quarantine as deliveries can be brought to your door with an video entry system.

What size is the sofa bed in the 1 bed apt? Is the master bed size a king. Are there any rollaway beds or ability to add twin bed in the living room.

Our sofa bed is one of the largest sofa beds we could find with a mattress size of 140cm by 190cm and depth of 13cm. The beds in our one-bedroom apartments are 6ft by 6ft. We do not offer third beds.

A good basic base to see central London.
Great location, adequate facilities, bed was superb. Sofa bed good.
Kitchen had no grill pan. Decor was a little tired in kitchen, bedroom and lounge but bathroom ok.

London stay
Location is great, 5 min walk to tower london & tower bridge, 2 tube stations, 1 above ground station & markets. Supermarket downstairs & several more in close area. Thames River & cruises 5 min walk. Apartment was spacious n well equipped. Would stay again if in london.
No brooms or anything to clean spills etc. We stayed 14nights and our bed sheets did not get changed at all, our floors were not vacuum. Only basic clean, rubbish removed n towels changed twice.

Great location, great for families.
Excellent location. Good communication from owners. Spacious rooms. Furnished kitchen. They added high chair and baby utensils for our little one, very thoughtful.
Would be nice if the appliances had instructions in the guest info book, i.e. a 1-pager on how to get going with basics in under 5 minutes. For example, I'm still not sure how we turned the lock off on the laundry machine. Also, it would have been nice for the coffee and tea to restock, but I understand it's not part of the managed apartment service.
